At The End Of Every Rainbow Is Solange Knowles

One of the first style things you learn (or feel like you need to learn) is how to determine your "color." Some of us are "winters," others "summers." Some of us are warm tones, and others are told that we look good in anything but yellow. Some, too, think that no color is our color. But thankfully, Solange skipped that primer when learning about style — and that's lucky for everyone who gets to be graced with her presence (or pictures of it).

Solange's style game gets better and better each season. And though it seems she's made a formal departure from prints for the past year or so (remember that "Losing You" video?), her head-to-toe color game is stronger than ever — so strong that somehow, Solange is able to make whites, blacks, and tans look as vibrant as neons. Here, we've catalogued every outfit we still can't get over. As spring approaches, let this be your motivation to break outside of your neutral-hued rut. Something Someone tells us it's worth it.

Fun fact (via Solange's Instagram): These Stuart Weitzman shoes are going to help build schools in Guatemala, Laos, and Ghana. And we can't forget that M2MALLETIER bag.

Yes, those are sequin culottes. And yes, you need them (and this).

There's street style at NYFW and then there's Solange.

This is how you do Mardi Gras. Or anywhere, really.

Hit 'em with the cold shoulder, Solange.

Because less is absolutely more.

When the choker and neck scarf trends collide, and then the perfect shade of blush joins the fray.

All emerald everything.

Solange Knowles is a shoe repeater (and we love it)! And not even going to lie, that M2MALLETIER bag kind of steals the show.

That's one way to say I've arrived.

Is there any silhouette Solange can't pull off?

Now that's a ruffle we can get behind.

Is this what a fashion cherry bomb looks like?

If you're ever in need of some sunburn relief, consider this top your quick fix.

Oh, and this one.

BRB, taking a page out of Solange's book on FROW peacocking.

An event as colorful as Refinery29's fashion week party 29 Rooms called for an all-white palette cleanse. Good thinking, S.

You know, matador red to stunt for the paparazzi.

This two-piece getup is making us rethink two-tone dressing.

It's just like, where do you begin to even?

What do you call an angel with one wing? A Solange.

Not practical for eating, drinking, texting, etc. But perfect for the Met Gala.

Somewhere back at our parents' house, Gumby sits in our childhood room a little bit jealous.

When you want to stop traffic, just wear, well, this.

Or this.

Who wore it better? Solange or Beyoncé?

Elegance at its finest. Bravo.

Forget jewel tones. Birthstones are in.

"I'm feelin' myself / I'm feelin' myself..."

Don't worry, we thought it was a dress, too. Leave it to Solange to switch it up on 'em.

Hopefully the wind was relatively tame that day.

Comfort and taste? Okay, we see you.

Leave it to Solange to make traffic-cone orange a must-have for spring.

A glitter le smoking that's more rockstar than business casual.
